How we formed our local charter:
- May 2008: Received local charter from National Miracle League in Conyers, GA.
- October 2008: Formed Miracle League of Stanislaus County Corporation
- April 2009: Signed lease for field location on corner of Tully and Pelendale Rd, Modesto
- July 2009: Received 501(c)3 status as a non-profit organization.
Why we're doing this:
- It is estimated that 8.8% of 5-20 year olds in Modesto are disabled (physical/multiple handicaps, mental retardation.)
- An estimated 12% (4,850) students in Modesto City Schools are disabled.
- Miracle League will draw athletes from entire region (Visalia athletes travel as far as 60 miles to play!)

June '11: Talk about an opener!You've heard about The Modesto Nuts. Did you know they are hosting the All Star Game! Even more exciting then that, The Miracle League will be hosting an exhibition game the same day!
Dec '10: Patrick's Miracle!Patrick Johnston, a friend of The Miracle League, will be making his own Miracle come true! He'll be running 41 miles for his 41st birthday in support of The Miracle League of Stanislaus County!
